The Virtual Pbx Voip system allows hot desking and roaming. Hot desking means being able to move offices and desks easily without having to worry about moving all the voip phone equipment and all the lines that are associated with that particular station. Since everything is basically web-based, one desk could be moved to another room and hooked up to the lines in that room and have access to exactly what it had in the original room. It could take weeks for movers to rearrange an original Pbx phone system because each phone has to be reconfigured all over again.

I’ve got a bee in my bonnet lately about Document Management Solutions.
We’re buried in red tape and paper here, and we really need to get our act together.
So I’ve been doing some research on Document Management Methodologies trying to find something management will go for.
Not the most exciting subject, of course, but I think it will save us a lot of money and time.
I’m sure I’ll have more to say about this down the line.

I would like to be able to download some free aerial maps for use in class, as the computer lab will not let me install Google Earth on their computers. I honestly just do not have the money to buy these, plus I plan to produce copies of the maps for use in class. Color is not important, as I will almost assuredly be printing the maps in black and white due to ink cost. Our school prints very little in color, much less photographs such as this. I was talking to a friend yesterday about Cat6 Wire.
I need to learn to run the cables myself, since I’m not planning on paying someone to do it.
Of course working with Hot to Wire Cat6 Cable is hardly rocket science. I’m not worried about figuring it out.
What the heck, I’ll probably enjoy drilling all those holes and running all that cable.

It says that Explorer.exe encountered a problem and has to close. If I don't click on close, I can open programs and I can't seem to completely succeed. I scanned the PC with anti spyware, and it found Trojan, but cannot delete it. Deleting doesn't work because file is in use. This component in particular, I think is the one that makes Internet explorer crash. Can't get anything out of it. Please help.
